About me
Born in Barcelona in 1968, the son of a dressmaker and an administrative assistant, Francesc Miralles' academic life was one failure after another until a university professor instilled in him a passion for German.
After graduating with a degree in German Philology and completing a postgraduate degree in Publishing at the University of Barcelona, he worked as a translator and later as an editor for a self-help publishing house. Years of confinement in the office convinced him that this wasn't the life for him, so he resigned to travel the world, working as a freelancer.
